Sonya has 10+ years of search experience. She was the first recruiter at Blockstream, helping build the team before Bitcoin hit mainstream momentum. She later worked at Meta on leadership search across product and design, and was one of the first recruiters at Aurora - joining around 100 employees and helping scale the company through its acquisition of Uber ATG and public listing in 2021. Her work has spanned critical talent initiatives and leadership hiring across G&A, GTM, Product, and Design.

Janet has 10+ years of talent operations experience at companies during some of their most formative growth moments, including Faraday Future, WhatsApp post-acquisition, and Aurora when they were around 150 employees. She specializes in building the systems and infrastructure that allow companies to scale - from recruiting processes to the foundations that keep teams operating effectively as they grow.
